In loving Memory of Grant GoerzenWe are devastated to hear the news of Grant's sudden and unexpected passing. Grant was and had become a dear and close friend to me and our family and the most amazing guitar teacher at our studio. He was the most caring and genuine person. He brought the joy of music to all his students but he was so much more than a teacher to all he taught. He was a friend. He was a friend to his students and the parents and enjoyed being with them. He looked forward to Mondays where he came to our home and taught in our home studio. He had such a wonderful relationship with all his students and I know that they will all miss him terribly. Our son Hawkley, also took guitar with Grant. They would sing and jam every Monday and Monday nights after he taught, we would visit with him in our home and all hang out. Mondays will never be the same at our home without Grant in it.
Grant, was a wonderful soul. He was so kind and loving. He made everyone laugh and be happy and all his students meant so much to him. He taught out of love and friendship. He was all of our friend and was even family to us and so many. I will forever miss him teaching at Hawk's Nest Studio. I know all of us will miss his laughter and energy. Grant, believed in God and was a good man. I'm sure he is making beautiful music in heaven. Miss you Grant. Goodbye from us in the Dereniwski family and goodbye from all your students. We love you |
